GALtoDB Enterprise Edition is a windows service that exports data from your Global Address List for use in other systems. Unlike other GAL export utilities, GALtoDB exports a per entry unique key from Microsoft Exchange that allows you to uniquely identify users within a Microsoft Exchange installation. GALtoDB Enterprise Edition features the GALtoDB Service Configuration wizard to help get the system up and running quickly via a simple graphical user interface. This wizard allows you to specify how to connect to exchange, choose which Global Address List fields to export, define where to put the information, set a schedule, and more.

With the check of a checkbox, GALtoDB Enterprise Edition can create Public Folder Contacts based on information in your Global Address List. On subsequent runs, it can then synchronize the public folder contacts making it easy to integrate your Global Address List with your mobile phone using synchronization products such as BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Good Mobile Messaging for Microsoft Exchange, and mBizTech mContacts.

The Enterprise Edition of GALtoDB includes the GALtoDB Web Module that provides fast, customizable web pages that query your GALtoDB database. This allows you to provide your corporate Global Address List on the internet, an intranet or extranet in seconds, without any significant drain on your exchange server, and provides a very quick easy to use interface for end users.
